Meditation Journey + Community Cacao Gathering

Join Austin Pereira (Ace on Earth) and Nicole Benisch (Alchemia Sound) to celebrate the Summer Solstice with a meditative sound journey, followed by a community hang with ceremonial grade cacao lovingly prepared by Monica Mejia.

Sound Journey 7p-8p

Relax and float in a meditative soundscape layering live ambient, organic electronic grooves with metal and crystal alchemy singing bowls, melodic vocals, chimes and other dreamy sounds. Community Cacao Gathering 8p-9p

After the sound journey we will continue aligning with the abundant, effervescent, enlivening energy of Summer Solstice by sharing a cup of heart nourishing ceremonial grade cacao together. This will be an intentional but unstructured experience with cacao; we want you to feel free to move, chat, chill, connect, dance - whatever lights you up! In the spirit of reverence and care for the Earth our home, please bring your own mug/cup for cacao.

We will gather at 7p on June 20th at 159 Sutton St, a grand and beautiful 3400 sf space inside a restored Carriage House on the West End.

There are bolsters and blankets available at the space first come, first serve, so please plan to arrive early if you'd like access to studio props. Please bring a yoga mat and you may wish to also bring a blanket and pillow from home to set up your cozy space for the sound journey. Doors open at 6:45p. Your Facilitators:

Austin (he/him) is a music producer and meditation guide that performs under his artist name Ace On Earth. He holds certifications in Energy Medicine, Reiki Level 2, 300 hours of Yoga teacher training and Wim Hof breathwork. He aims to create safe spaces for connection and exploration through sound, interweaving traditional sound healing instruments with ambient soundscapes and organic grooves. www.aceonearth.com aceonearth3@gmail.com

Nicole Benisch (she/her) is the founder of Light Spirit Essentials and Alchemia Sound. She offers a grounded approach to holistic wellbeing and spirituality, incorporating sound bathing, reiki, meditation, and aromatherapy. www.lightspiritessentials.com hello@lightspiritessentials.com

Monica (she/her) spends most of her days tending animals on pasture, crafting delicious food for her community, and co-creating community celebrations and rituals through the Wicked Queer Puppet Theater. In 2021, she completed her 500 HR YTT in Tantra Yoga at the Durga’s Tiger School in Ecuador. She continues to explore tantric approaches to healing & self-discovery and the relationships between ritual & play. She is humbled & delighted to prepare ceremonial grade cacao from Ecuador to share as part of the collective experience.
